Jeremy Sadkin, a partner with the firm, concentrates his practice in Business Services and Labor & Employment. He has represented small businesses across Manhattan in criminal disputes with the city regarding code violations. He also has represented consumers in small claims court.
Prior to joining Cole Sadkin, Mr. Sadkin worked on a number of litigation and regulatory/compliance matters. For example, he has assisted in the representation of the Audit & Risk Committee of a trading company’s Board of Directors. Additionally, he represented a corporation in connection with an antitrust inquiry by the Department of Justice. He also served on a trial team during a contested merger. His work greatly enhanced the client’s position, leading to a settlement with which the client was very happy. Lastly, Mr. Sadkin performed some pro bono work on foreclosure defense cases, assisting in the representation of Spanish-speaking Defendants in Long Island. Mr. Sadkin is also involved with local, state, and national Bar Associations.
